Returns and Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you:
• simply change your mind; or
• purchased the wrong product; or
• already knew of a particular fault in a product, or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product; or
• damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or
• no proof of purchase is provided.

If goods are approved for return by Picture Perfect Products a minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply to all products. Shipping cost incurred by Picture Perfect Products will not be refundable.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be made immediately either via email staff@pppmail.co or by calling 02 43343843. All other claims must be forwarded within 7 days of receipt of goods. No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days. All deliveries must be checked upon delivery.
If items such as ceramic mugs / tiles etc are received broken then the customer must notify us immediately and if the breakage is due to our packaging of the products we will replace and post these items with the next order purchased.

Please include your order number when corresponding.

Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Incorrect Goods Ordered

For goods incorrectly ordered, a restocking fee will be applied to any goods approved for return credit. Restocking fees apply for all items returned. Cost of restocking an item returned is 20%. of purchase price. Cost may vary depending on the particular state of the item and accessories which will be assessed upon arrival. Please be aware that shipping an item in other than original packaging could not guarantee safe delivery and is solely under the sender’s responsibility.

Prior to returning any goods prior arrangements must be made with Picture Perfect Products by email to staff@pppmail.co or by calling 02 43343843. For goods incorrectly ordered, items will be accepted up to 30 days from date of receipt that have not been opened or used.

Upon receipt of items, Picture Perfect will inspect condition of the products. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a return/refund. Please be aware that shipping an item in other than original packaging could not guarantee safe delivery and is solely under the sender’s responsibility. If you are returning the item for us to swap for the correct item, you will be required to pay for the shipping of the correct item.

There is no refund offered to original shipping costs incurred by Picture Perfect Products. Please note that Picture Perfect Products offer discounted shipping on most products, however these discounts do not apply to returned goods. All expenses incurred on returning goods are at customers expense.
