Delivery of tshirts delays due to high volume orders

Please be aware that when ordering blank tshirts there is now a slight delay in getting these shipped out. As we get these drop shipped directly from our supplier they have made us aware that they have also had a huge increase in the amount of orders they are processing each day. This has resulted in a slight delay in getting orders sent out so please allow an extra day or two when ordering blank clothing.


Delivery Update From Australia Post and Startrack and Fastway Couriers.

To protect front line workers, most courier companies have made the decision to remove signature on delivery, effective immediately.

At present most couriers are also changing the way they deliver parcels, standing further back from front doors of homes and asking residents if they’ve been in contact with anybody confirmed to have the COVID-19 virus, or are in self-isolation.

We’re doing everything possible to keep delivering for Australia. Our Post Offices remain open and our posties and drivers are still out working to get your parcels to you.

We are seeing delays as our business adapts to the new challenges presented by the pandemic, such as additional safety measures to protect our people and customers, reduction in domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as a result of people moving to online shopping . These delays in our network can be up to a few days. Please bear with us as we work to process the increased volume.

Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. Thank you for your support and patience.

Express Post guarantee temporarily suspended

Effective 20 April 2020, Auspost have temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard.

At Picture Perfect Products we will always attempt to ship your order out in the fastest method when the upgraded shipping is selected but please be aware that these delays are out of our control and we are doing the best we can to get these sent as fast as possible.

Coronavirus impacts

All our courier companies currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in our network, this has had a significant impact on delivery times and both standard an express services are affected.

Please be aware that we are doing our best to get all orders out to the shipping method that has been selected but we can not guarantee an exact delivery time at this stage.

If you require your order urgently we do recommend selecting the upgraded delivery option but please be aware that we cant be certain that this will be with you in the usual overnight time frame.
