Refund Policy

Return /  Exchange Policy for Defective Items :
We offer only top quality products. If you think products we sent you are defective, Incorrect or a mistake by you, Please call us immediately. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, damage in shipping should be reported by you to the carrier. We will do everything we can to assist you with damage claims. No return will be accepted with out prior authorization and a RMA number.

The following terms apply:
Please contact us by phone or e-mail sales@PicturePerfectProducts.com.au for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ) number. Please return the merchandise to the address provided to you and in the original box. Please include a copy of your invoice, email address and telephone number in case we need to contact you. All approved refund payments will be made only in the method received. Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise is received by our refund department and inspected for the reason given for the return. Refunds can take up to 60 days depending on the reason and involvement of the return. 
Shiping cost are not refundable, returned items are subject to a 15% handling charge or flat fee of $30.00 which ever is greater.

Return Exchange for Non - defective items :
If you have ordered a wrong product, please call or e-mail for a R&E ( return and exchange) number. Send all unopened items and a explanation of what you are asking us to  exchange, along with a payment for the price difference and shipping charge for second shipment ( it will be the same as the original charge ). If we ship a product that you did not order, Please call or e-mail us so we can correct the problem. We will make arrangement for pre paid return. Shipping charges are not - refundable for any other reason.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned non-defective product.

Cancel an Order
To cancel an order contact us immediately as most orders ship within hours of receipt. However, if the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it for you and you may return it for refund, less the shipping charge. To be sure there is no confusion please call us or e-mail us before making any return.

International Orders
There will be a 15% fee or $30.00, whichever is greater, for canceling an international order. However, if the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it for you and you may return it for refund, less the shipping charge and 15% (or $20.00, whichever is greater) handling fee.

Policy Notice
All products sold by our company are sold ( as is )  All warrantee is guaranteed by the manufacture under the guidelines they have established. We will in all cases assist you with any claim with out charge.

Satisfaction Warranty Notice:
Satisfaction warrantees cover the product only, Shipping and handling are not included. If we determine any return to be caused from operator failure, misuse or neglect, normal return charges will apply and will reduce the refund amount. All credits and charges will be invoiced and mailed to the name and address of the original invoice only.
