Shipping & Delivery

Picture Perfect Prioducts uses a range of shipping methods and suppliers to make sure your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and couriers here.

Delivery options

Scheduled delivery with express delivery services

You can pre-select a delivery time that is convenient for you during checkout. This is subject to a fee and the available options are dependent on your delivery address.

  • Transfer Papers-Standard Delivery (Free). Expected to deliver within 1-7 days after your item is shipped.
    Sent via Australia Post.
    This is appilcable to 10, 20, 25,30 and 40 packs or transfer papers.
    All A4 papers sent within a B4 envelope. If your letter box it too small for this size envelope Australia Post will leave a card and your order will be at your local post office.
    Item is not trackable.
    PLEASE NOTE Free shipping is no longer valid if items other than transfer papers are added to your shopping cart.
     
  • Transfer Papers- Courier Delivery (Free). Expected to deliver within 1-2 days after your order has shipped.
    This is for paper orders over 50  sheets A4.
    Sent via Startrack Express and are trackable with a tracking number.
    PLEASE NOTE Free shipping is no longer valid if items other than transfer papers are added to your shopping cart.
     
  • Silhouette Shipping ($7.95). Expected to deliver within 1-7 days after your item is shipped. ONLY FOR SILHOUETTE PRODUCTS, ANY OTHER ITEMS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
    Items are sent by Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. Larger quantity orders are sent via Startrack.
    Items are not trackable.
     
  • Startrack Satchels.(Variable state to State) Expected to deliver within 1-2 days after your item is shipped. Overnight to air freight local delivery airport and then on road to your address. Items are trackable with a tracking number.
     
  • Austalia Post/Small Quanity Orders ($15.00) Expected to deliver within 1-7 days after your order has been shipped. This is for use when ordering small items and not for bulk orders or mugs/heat presses.
    ORDERS MUST BE UNDER $80.00
    Items are not trackable.
     
  • Heat Press/Packages Shipping (Variable). Heat presses and packages are sent via Startrack Express. Expected to be delivered 1-7 days from when your order has been shipped. This is trackable with a tracking number.

We keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. If your order is partially shipped you will also get an email to inform you of this.

You can also visit online the Order/User Information  to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

You can track the status of your order via www.startrackexpress.com.au or www.austpost.com.au , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To request your tracking number please call or email us after 3pm the day that your order has been shipped.

Shipping and delivery estimates

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. You can ship each item to a different address by completing the Bill to and Ship to details when checking out.
 

  • Items that ship within "In Stock" are estimated to ship the same or following business day if your order is placed prior to 2 pm.

  • Items or orders that are partially shipped will have longer estimated delivery from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.

All estimates are based on business days and orders be placed before 2pm.

When can I expect
my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the courier or Australia Post for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Delivery will take 1-7 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated and cover only the metropolitan areas. Major metropolitan areas include: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
If you are in rural or remote areas your delivery time frame can be longer.
Please note we do not send StarStrack satchels to NT.

What time will my order
be delivered?

For orders shipped by Startrack to a residential or office address, deliveries are made between 8 am and 5 pm.

For orders shipped by Australia Post to a residential or office address, deliveries are made between 7 am and 5 pm.

You can check the estimated delivery date and courier by visiting www.startrackexpress.com.au for the latest status of your order. We are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.

Can I have my order
delivered to an address
other than my home?

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address or your university. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business or university in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Also, if your business has a signature waiver on file with Startrack, your package will be left without requiring a signature.

Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is only carried out via Australia Post

Signature on delivery

If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.

Deliveries made by Australia Post may be left in a place deemed secure by the courier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by Australia Post.

Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is only carried out via Australia Post.

How much am I
charged for shipping ?

Transfer Papers and some other products have free shipping, you are required to select this at check out and we do not take responsiblity for the customer not selecting the correct shipping method.

You can also have your order delivered faster or at a time that is convenient for you. This is subject to a fee and the available options are dependent on your delivery address.ie Express post.

I need to change my
shipping address.

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. Apple will also send you an email advising that our carrier was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address.

Deliveries made by Australia Post may be left in a place deemed secure by the courier if no one is available to accept the package. Otherwise, the courier will leave a card advising you to collect the package from the nearest post office.

 

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery,  will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the

Shopping in Australia

The sells and ships items only within Australia. You may not export any products purchased at the online Apple Store. The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. Notwithstanding order confirmation Apple may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.
